At Planta Greenhouses Kits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your items do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn garments in their original condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
